Kanthal prefabricated heating modules are designed for a wide range of thermal processing applications up to 1700°C (3090°F) element temperature. Combining the best properties of electric heating and fiber or dense ceramic insulation, Kanthal heating modules are suitable for the smallest laboratory furnace to the largest production furnace.
Kanthal Resistance Heating Wire and Strip
- Resistance heating wire and resistance heating strip in iron-chromium-aluminium (FeCrAl) alloys and nickel-chromium (NiCr) alloys for the manufacturing of electric heating elements.
- Resistance heating alloys based on iron-chromium-aluminium for maximum element temperature of 1425°C (2600 °F). Kanthal and Alkrothal resistance heating alloys are characterized by high resistivity and capabiltity to withstand high surface load.

Strip Heaters, Ceramic Heater, Ceramic Strip Heater
The HCS Series stainless steel strip heaters provide clean, dependable heat with sheath temperatures up to 649°C (1200°F) and watt densities up to 40 W per square inch. Because of the seamless stainless steel sheath, these ceramic-insulated strip heaters are dimensionally stable in milled slots.
